Our food truck serves up delicious, healthy, affordable food fast. Find our signature gluten-free dishes outside your office, at the farmers market! We are the perfect for your brunch themed wedding reception, baby shower or grad party. Our omelette stand is at the Midtown Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, May 1 - October 31, from 8AM - 1PM, located in the original spot on 22nd Avenue and Lake Street. Our omelette stand is also at the Linden Hills Farmers Market June 6-October 31 from 10AM-1PM.

We are the only food truck specializing in breakfast. We are a diner on wheels making fresh breakfast at lightening speed! We’d love to bring our food food truck to your home, workplace, or special event and help make it even better! We have been feeding folks for over a decade and we aim to please! We also have a catering company Vittlescateringmn.com so we can offer the perfect combo of a food truck breakfast with a coffee bar or a bagel graze inside.
